Founded by Birdie Nicksic, Forma & Co is a design-led development studio for investors, developers, and private clients who treat design as leverage, not decoration. Birdie owns and operates real estate herself, and every decision — light, material, sightline, scent, sound — is built around one question: what is the best possible sensory experience this space can deliver, and how does that experience pull in the exact audience it was built for.
We work alongside architects and builders from the earliest stages through to finished spaces — developing a handful of projects yearly, ranging from RV campgrounds to small commercial spaces to luxury new builds.
